• Job applications: your CV, work history, licence classes and endorsements, and referee details, if you apply to work for us.
• Website and advertising data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you interacted with our ads, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Most information comes directly from you, when you:
• fill in a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or message us on those platforms
• call, email or text us, or complete a form on our website
• book a job, request a quote or apply for a position
We may also receive information from third parties, such as Meta (for ad performance), your employer or a customer who books a delivery to you, or referees you have nominated.
4. How we use it
We use your personal information to:
• respond to your enquiry and contact you about the service you asked about
• prepare quotes, schedule and carry out pickups and deliveries
• invoice you and keep accurate business records
• assess job applications
• send you updates or offers, where you have agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time)

• meet our legal obligations, including health and safety, tax and transport regulations
We will not use your information for any other purpose unless you agree, or the Privacy Act allows it.
5. Facebook and Instagram advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta Platforms. When you engage with our ads:
• Lead forms: information you submit through a lead form is shared with us by Meta. We use it only to contact you about the service you asked about.
• Meta Pixel and cookies: our website may use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
• Custom audiences: we may upload contact details (in hashed, encrypted form) to Meta to reach existing customers or similar audiences. Meta deletes the matched data after the audience is created.
Meta's own handling of your information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it where needed to run our business, with:

• Meta, for advertising as described above
• our professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers and insurers
• government agencies or others, where the law requires or allows it
Some of these providers (including Meta, Google and Microsoft) store information overseas, for example in Australia, the United States or Europe. Where we send information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act.
7. Storage, security and retention
We store your information securely in our business systems and with trusted cloud providers. We use passwords, restricted access and up-to-date software to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as required by law (for example, financial records are kept for 7 years under tax law). Leads that don't become customers are deleted after [12 months]. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or destroy it.
If a privacy breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner as required by law.
