Where it all began

Vowles Transport Ltd was formed in 1986 by Lindsay and Heather Vowles, initially focusing on the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions transporting eggs around various locations. From that platform the love of linehaul grew and the focus moved to interisland transportation between the Auckland and Canterbury regions.

This passion has expanded over the years to now focus on New Zealand wide with infrastructure supporting the transport operation with stores in both Morrinsville and Rolleston to service our customers logistical needs. With the purchase of Morrinsville Transport in 2018 this gave us the local presence in the golden triangle and opened new opportunities and avenues for different freighting needs.
Still today after 30 plus years in transport, Vowles Transport Ltd is still a family owned and operated business.
